are produced by Woodgrain Millwork. Woodgrain is a leading producer of windows, doors and mouldings. The company roots go back to 1954, when the founder, Merrill “Bud” Dame pioneered the manufacturing of small mouldings for the growing mobile home industry. Woodgrain has grown from those days, with manufacturing plants in 10 states and South America. Woodgrain also has distribution warehouses in nine states and offices in China and Russia.
The pellet operation is located in Prineville, Oregon, on the site shared with a Woodgrain moulding and millwork facility. The wood fiber used to make the pellets comes from sawdust, shavings and scrap pieces that are trimmed from kiln dried lumber. The larger material is ground in small pieces and manufactured into pellets.
